Equipment: All of Shadowhawk’s abilities are a result of the armor that he wears. The suit can be modified from time to time, though the following is generally what Shadowhawk’s arsenal consists of:
* Exoskeleton – the armored exterior of the costume provides Armor Value 20 against projectiles and physical attacks, 12 to fire and energy. It also provides + 1D to Physique.
* Solid Plastic Knuckles – harder than steel, these knuckles provide + 1D to Shadowhawk’s BDV.
* Claws – Shadowhawk’s claws do 3D BDV.
* Grappling Hook Projector – Contains 200 feet of tightly-wounded ropeline. A successful marksmanship roll is needed to attach the grappling hook to a particular surface. If used as a weapon, the grappling hook does 3D BDV.
* Shuriken – these combination boomerange shurikens will return to Shadowhawk after they are thrown. They do 1D damage.
* Helmet – Provides infra-red vision and does not limit peripheral vision due to modifications in the helmet.

History: District Attorney Paul Johnstone’s life was changed forever following a violent encounter with a group of gangsters that left him infected with the most deadly disease known to mankind: the H.I.V. virus. Disgusted by a legal system that seemed to tip the scales of justice in favor of the criminal and angered by his own sense of helplessness, he decided to take the law into his own hands. With the help of his friends Christina Reid and Carlton Sun, Paul donned the armor and helmet which transformed him into the man whom criminals fear and the police have not been able to apprehend: Shadowhawk!
